The Science Behind FUREBURG Dehumidifier Rods
The dehumidifier rod uses a self-regulating PTC heating cable to warm the surrounding air to 45±5°C (at 25°C ambient). The heated air rises naturally, creating a continuous thermal convection loop within the enclosed space.
When the internal temperature is 2-3°C above the external temperature, a thermal barrier effect is created. The slight positive pressure inside the space prevents external humid air from seeping in.
熱對流循環
防潮管通電後加熱鋁管，周圍空氣受熱上升，較冷空氣下沉，形成持續的熱對流循環，不斷帶走空氣中的水分。
恆溫加熱
採用自動調溫發熱電纜，在 25°C 環境下面溫度約 45±5°C，發熱體自動感應外界溫度調節功率，實現自動恆溫。
熱屏障效應
加熱後櫃內空氣溫度比外界高 2-3°C，產生氣壓屏障效應，在密封櫃體內形成微正壓環境，阻隔外界潮濕空氣滲入。
